Darien Board of Selectmen

• Darien resident since 2008, where he lives with his wife Kathleen and twin sons, Matthew and Nolan.

• A practicing attorney in Manhattan, focusing on litigation and trial work.

• Dedicated volunteer in Darien public service — having served on:

• The Representative Town Meeting (4 years)

• The Board of Education (6 years)

• The Board of Selectmen (4 years)

• As a Selectman, Michael has served on the Great Island Advisory Committee and the Blight Review Board.

His priorities for the next two years:
✅ Reduce town debt by strategically prioritizing capital projects
✅ Expand access to Great Island for the community
✅ Collaborate with local leaders and residents to uphold Darien’s shared community values
